Welcome to the St Barth Gourmet Festival

From November 11th to 15th, 2020, the St Barth Gourmet Festival will be taking place in Saint Barthélémy!

At the invitation of the finest establishments on our island, France’s starred chefs leave their own renowned kitchens behind to spend a week at St Barth, offering you unique taste experiences formed by inventive dishes with irresistible flavours.

For this exceptional gastronomic rendez-vous, pastry chef Sébastien Vauxion will be the guest of our executive chef Anthony Martel, and will propose a dinner menu from November 12th to 15th, 2020.

The amateur competition: the Joyfood Challenge by Badoit becomes a new concept of the festival. It will bring together 5 teams of 4 participants at the Tamarin in Saline, on Saturday November 15th from 10am to 12 noon, who will have to succeed in delighting the taste buds of the jury, composed of the 8 chefs invited to the festival.

 - The young chefs' competition: the competition will be held on Sunday November 15th at Bonito from 8am to 10am. Five qualified young professional chefs (aged 30 years maximum) will compete for three hours on a theme imposed by La Marraine. The jury is composed of the invited chefs and la Marraine.

The competition of the little toques (children): the competition will take place on the square in front of the Collectivité on Sunday 15th November from 10am to 12pm. It is open to young people (maximum 15 years old). The young participants will have to make a pastry (they can be helped by an adult), with a theme imposed by the chef of the Jury.
