Rockies & Sandy Beach
Hotel Manapany offers two complementary dining experiences. The Rockies is an elegant, open-air dining room, cooled by the trade winds and offering panoramic views over the sea. The Sandy Beach features tables set right at the water’s edge, with feet in the sand, for a more relaxed seaside experience.
In both settings, the chef presents a shared menu inspired by the meeting of French culinary tradition and Caribbean flavors. Freshly caught fish and lobster, tropical fruits, and herbs from the garden come together in generous, sun-kissed dishes, enjoyed in a warm and convivial atmosphere. The restaurant is open daily.

BAR & COCKTAILS
By the pool
Our bar embodies the festive and authentic spirit of Saint Barth, echoing evenings of simple, spontaneous luxury, far from appearances. As the day draws to a close, guests gather around creative, refreshing cocktails crafted with tropical fruits and local flavors.
Conversations flow, music sets the rhythm, and glasses are raised facing the sea. A lively, convivial, and genuine place where the pleasure of being together is celebrated. Open daily until 11:00 pm.

Sarah, our Director of Food & Beverage, Chef Misel and their teams invite you to discover a curated selection of wines offered at wine merchant and winemaker prices. Margins have been intentionally reduced to give you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful bottles in a simple and convivial spirit.
Bold reds, elegant whites, hidden gems and timeless classics — quantities are limited, and some cuvées will be available for only a few tables.
