From November 4th to 8th, 2024, over the course of several days, a selection of local chefs and fishermen will take turns at the helm of our restaurant to offer you a gourmet week: Les Saveurs de St-Barth. Every evening from Monday to Friday, a new chef and a new cuisine will be showcased, all with the shared mission of introducing you to the island’s local flavors and culinary diversity. Their dishes, inspired by the ocean and the vibrant tastes of the Caribbean, will awaken your senses and immerse you in the heart of this tropical paradise. Each carefully crafted plate will be a tribute to the richness of the local terroir and traditions, while highlighting the creativity of these passionate chefs.
